BOARDS AND FRIENDS OF THE BILL REID FOUNDATION
The Bill Reid Foundation is directed and managed by a Board of Directors. As well, the Bill Reid Trust was created, with Bill Reid Foundation Services Ltd., as its Trustee, to keep business ventures separate, since the Bill Reid Foundation Collection must be protected from any loans or debts incurred in operations.
The Board of the Foundation is elected at the Annual General Meeting every year. The Board of BRF Services is appointed by the Foundation Board every year.
