Biography: Descended from chiefs of the Weiwakum First Nation, Troy Roberts expresses his cultural heritage in a wide variety of carved artwork. As a youngster, he was influenced by the late Willie Seaweed. Roberts has chosen "Changing Tide Creations" as the slogan for his freelance art practice to describe how he sees the art from the old generations changing to the visions of the new.
